DogeOS Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DogeOS website located at https://dogeos.com, including all associated webpages, content, software, documentation, developer resources, applications, communications, services, and features made available through the website (collectively, the "Website").
The Website is owned and operated by Layer 69 Foundation, a foundation organized under the laws of the Republic of Panama ("DogeOS," "we," "our," or "us").

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, either party may pursue any rights or remedies available under applicable law before the competent courts of the Republic of Panama, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

34. Force Majeure
DogeOS shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, internet outages, blockchain disruptions, cyberattacks, utility failures, pandemics, or failures of third-party service providers.
35. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without DogeOS's prior written consent.
DogeOS may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a reorganization, restructuring, merger, transfer of operations, or other corporate transaction.
36. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
37. Waiver
Failure by DogeOS to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
38. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and DogeOS regarding your use of the Website and supersede all prior understandings relating to the Website.
